I set up these free conference calls to give people a place to come, talk and listen - and especially to learn more about complicated grief. 

Sometimes I may have a specific topic to share (like tips on coping with the holidays).  Other times it will just be an open line where you can share whatever you want, and ask whatever questions are important to you.

I'll send out a reminder message each week, and if you know someone who is struggling with grief, by all means share the information with him or her. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Even if you're not ready to talk to anyone (much less a stranger over the telephone), just dialing to listen can help if you're experiencing a sense of isolation and alienation.
